IBY has updated the facility of Alhodhod due to the crucial needs for customers to contact the bank, its main function is receiving all abroad transactions (especially for customers abroad) through Email to offer Banking products and services

- The sends email to Alhodhod Administration to request the service.
- Email agreement form will be sent back to the customer to be signed and notarized by Yemen embassy or consulate, then approved by Foreign Ministry and submit the original copy to the Bank.
- After receiving the agreement, the required form of service will be sent to the customer's email. The document required to send (passport within visa)
- The customer fills the form of required service sending it long with copy of passport and visa.
- The bank will complete the procedures of accreditation of customer email.
