Procedures to get Phone Banking as follows:

  1. Visiting one of our bank branches and requesting the phone banking service.
  2. Requesting the service for first time, you will receive SMS notifying you that your request is successfully. You will receive also Entrance details to the service (Confidential digits) as well as some information that can help you using SMS and Phone Banking Service.

Steps allow you reaching to the service:

  1. Call from any phone (telephone) on (01/0407070)
  2. For customer service ( account statement, balance inquiries or others) press (1) this service is available only for customers.
  3. For Arabic Language, press No. (1) or English Press (2)
  4. Entering customer No. (account number); full Number consisting of 13 digits. (i.e) (0008******009) followed by * symbol
    • Referring to the main account number (6 digits in middle)
    • 0008 for the first of fourth digits beginning from left. This refers to branch number.
    • 009 refers to account currency ( the last three digits)
  5. The system will request the first two digits of secret number that was sent to the customer by SMS.
  6. Requesting to fill the last two digits of secret number sent previously to the customer by SMS.
  7. Then requesting to choose the type of service you need for example,
    • Balance Enquiries
    • Enquiring about the last five transactions made on your account'
    • Requesting Cheque's book
    • Change the password
    • Requesting account statement

Guidelines

  • The secret code sent by SMS when applying for the service for first time is dedicated only for you . Keep it from others to know. You can change it any time you need.
  • In a case you do not enter the code number incorrectly three times at Phone Banking service, it is automatically suspended . You have to review your bank branch or any branch applying to reactivate the service again.
  • If you are in doubt that any one may access using your code , you can change your code relating to the service at once by phoning the phone banking service. You can revise any branch or call the service center through business hours to suspend it.
