The goal of enhancing thinking, planning and coordination among managers in dealing strategically with the banking work environment and the priorities of its issues, a frame of reference for senior management to make decisions about specific and unanimous views using strategic thinking and brainstorming techniques.

Sayings of the International Bank of Yemen during the period from December 13-14, a training course entitled (Enhancing the capabilities of managers in setting priorities for urgent issues of the bank and strategies for dealing with them in an unstable environment) attended by Mr. Labib Shaif Muhammad - Executive Director of the Yemeni Consulting House, and in The session that targeted deputies, assistant directors and general managers of branches and departments, the participants were introduced to the basic aspects related to dealing with the changes in reality and measurement the extent of directors directing towards dealing with these variables and identifying issues and future issues that the bank must deal with, in addition to enabling the participants to apply the strategies of institutional and personal interaction And enhancing their abilities to apply strategic thinking and brainstorming techniques. During the session, 33 related strategic issues were raised for the bank, extending the participants to three groups, each group discussing 11 issues to develop the main and alternative strategies to deal with each issue separately and discussing the results of the groups ’work to agree on.

This enables the conclusion of the course to distribute certificates to the participants by Mr. / Mohamed Abdel Samad Al-Qa’im Karim, Director General and Professor / Hanan Al-Hamoudi, the Shadow Commissioner, Human Resources Department.
