The conclusion of an effective negotiation skills course
Success in life is closely related to a person's ability to negotiate, and that ability is one of the most important tools for an individual to achieve achievement in any field. From this standpoint, the International Bank of Yemen, in cooperation with Talal Abu Ghazaleh Group, held a training course entitled (Effective Negotiation Skills) in which the professor / Labib Shaif Muhammad attended, during the period from May 21-25 this year. In terms of negotiation concepts, types, elements, steps, and skills in terms of dealing with strategies, policies, and tactics, to reach the reinforcement of the behavioral trends of participants in the field of dealing with negotiation skills.
The session touched on the negotiators' patterns and characteristics, and how to manage negotiation sessions to assess the results. Participants were also introduced to international negotiation and its characteristics according to the way of thinking and language for each country. During the course, a number of issues were raised to discuss across groups to develop appropriate solutions to deal with each issue separately and discuss work results Groups to agree on.
At the end of the session, certificates were distributed to the participants by Professor / Mohamed Abdel Samad, Acting General Manager and Professor / Hanan Al-Hamoudi, Officer-in-Charge of Training and Employment Department.
